Affordable Self-Pay Pricing
We have an affordable self-pay system that allows you to pay just for what you need. Most patients benefit from the system as it is the minimum charge for all that you may need for your level of visit. Our office accepts payments by cash, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Mujtaba NP in Family Health is NOT an emergency center. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. If you show up at our clinic and your situation is an emergency, we will call 911 and have an ambulance take you to the nearest hospital of your choice. If you have been checked-in and triaged and the provider has determined you have an emergency, we will call 911 and have an ambulance take you to the nearest hospital of your choice. You will be charged for your visit with us.

Yes, providers in private offices can refuse patients. However, hospitals that accept public funding follow EMTALA law, ensuring emergency room care for all.
5. Do I have to pay if I was referred to the ER or a specialist?
Yes, an evaluation requires resources and medical opinions are services. Referral indicates that the issue exceeded our capacity, making it billable.
6. Will I be charged if I am unable to be treated at the Walk-In-Clinic center?
Yes, medical advice and provider time are not free. Charges may apply based on circumstances.
7. What is the refund policy?
No refund policy exists; services rendered cannot be returned. Overpayments will be refunded after Billing Department verification, with no other outstanding balances.
8. Why do I have to have a credit card on file (CCOF)?
CCOF is common in healthcare to ensure payment for services not fully covered by insurance, including deductible expenses.
9. How can I trust that you will keep my credit card information safe?
We don't store credit card data on-site; we use secure, encrypted gateways as required by law.
10. What if I need to dispute my bill?
We work with you to resolve billing errors and will refund your card if a mistake has been made.
